two legal systems

Giuseppina Chirico is an Avocat à la Cour, member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014, and an Avvocato, member of the Reggio Calabria Bar since 2001. A cross-border lawyer with dual qualification, she advises individuals and companies whose interests span Luxembourg and Italy — in French, Italian and English.

International legal education: Law degree from the University of Messina, Master's in Business Law from the University of Grenoble, and compliance training at the Institut de Formation Bancaire Luxembourg (IFBL).

Partner at Elisabeth Partners in Luxembourg, where she heads the department serving Italian clients, she also works in partnership with MEPLAW (Rome and Milan) on Italian-Luxembourg matters with an international dimension, and with the international law firm Arnone-Sicomo, headquartered in Palermo.

Member of the Board of ITALAWYERS INTERNATIONAL since 2025 and former Chair of the Commission for Associations, Culture and Italian Language of COMITES Luxembourg (2021–2024), a long-time resident of Luxembourg, she is deeply rooted in the Italian community of the Grand Duchy.
